Refund & Shipping
If you need to return your order, you can contact us at monicalundh69@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package (postage paid by customer unless wrong item has been received, where we will refund the postage paid). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Shipping
The majority of orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days using a trackable service.
The shipping price will be calculated at checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped, with tracking information.
